Enco Industrial Supplies Ltd is an Engineering Supplies company that has been operating in East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand since 1982. Originally servicing the immediate area and progressing outwards. We now supply to the whole of New Zealand. We stock a large range of engineering, industrial hardware and tools including world recognised brands such as: FORCE, IREGA, TITON, LNTOOL, SUTTON, GRIP-ON, PIHER, CRC, ROCOL, GLOBE, SUPER EGO and THOR. These are just a sample of the extensive range we have available!

In April 2009 we added yet another important service to our business, with the purchase of QUANTUM Tool Servicing Ltd. Entirely operated under ENCO's brand name, we are now service agents for leading power tool brands: MAKITA, METABO, HITACHI, PANASONIC and RYOBI. As well as servicing, we also stock an extensive range of these tools right here in our showroom. With this addition came a new Managing Director - Robert Murray (Formerly of QUANTUM Tool Servicing). Robert is a registered electrician specialising in tool repairs, and has extensive knowledge and expertise in the power tool industry.

One of the key features of ENCO is our collective knowledge spanning over 20years in the industry, offering helpful advice for the home handyman right through to a technical tradesman. Our "can-do" attitude means, if by some chance we dont have what your looking for - we will do our best to find it for you. Our small team environment adds to our relaxed atmosphere and friendly service!

Where are we?

We are situated on the corner of Springs Road and Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland. We moved to this location in 1987. Enabling us to stock a wider range of products and greater volumes. Just look for the big "NUT" on the corner!

Plenty of customer parking, easy access with entries on both Springs Road and Lady Ruby Drive.

Rob
Managing Director

Rob became the Managing Director of ENCO in April 2009, when ENCO purchased his company QUANTUM Tool Servicing Ltd. He is a registered service agent for top power tool companies such as Makita, Metabo, Hitachi, Panasonic and Ryobi. His extensive knowledge and expertise of all things "power tool" means he will be able to fix it as well as recommend the right tool for the job! He is also a valuable asset assisting the sales team as his industrial & engineering knowledge grows.

Tony
Owner / GM

Tony has been a working director of the company since its formation in 1982. Tony looks after day to day running of the warehouse, administration of sales and computer systems. Tony has a background in general engineering and mechanical services. In April 2009, Tony's son Rob took up the position of Managing Director - leaving Tony a bit more time to spend working on his race cars! You will often find Tony and Rob actively participating in dirt racing at Meremere dirt track.

Paul
Warehouse Manager

Paul takes care of local purchasing and procurement of those hard to find bits and pieces and leads the sales team with his extensive knowledge.

Annette
Office Manager

Annette runs the administration and keeps everyone on their toes. Annette has been with Enco for 20 years so her knowledge of the company is very extensive.

Jeff
Sales & Dispatch

Jeff is in charge of our outwards goods and dispatch, he also assists on the sales counter. Jeff's interest in gaining some hands-on experience means in April 2009 he decided to take on the task of "the apprentice" and is currently training to assist Rob in the power tool area of the business. We wish him luck & support!

Jason
Counter Sales

Jason is the newest member to our team. He is based on counter sales, and is also in charge of looking after the showroom. If there is anything you cant find, Jason will be happy to help!

Vicki
Office Assistant

Vicki has a very broad and general role here at ENCO. She started with us in May 2007, initially taking over Karyn's role in marketing & advertising. She has now expanded that role to assisting Rob, Tony and Annette with the day to day running of the company - as well as any special projects that might pop up.
